MEND is currently working on the development of the following new housing developments:

MEDFORD TOWNSHIP

A proposed 36-unit apartment complex for the elderly and the disabled in one two-story building.

Construction of this new building began in September 2009 and will be completed and ready for occupancy in September 2010.

PEMBERTON BOROUGH

A proposed 34-unit apartment complex for families and single-adults in several two-story structures.

Project development is in the early stages and construction is forecast to begin in 2011 at the earliest. Construction will take 12-15 months.

SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP

A proposed 37-unit apartment complex for families and single-adults in several two-story structures.

Construction of this development is expected to commence in late 2010 and be completed and ready for occupancy in late 2011.

MEND welcomes partnerships with municipalities who are seeking an experienced and accomplished affordable housing developer to assist the municipality in meeting its state-mandated affordable housing obligations.
