MEND recently completed the construction of the following new housing development:

EVESHAM TOWNSHIP

A 104-unit apartment complex for families and single-adults in 13 new residential structures on a lovely 48-acre wooded site.

Construction began in February 2008 and was completed in April 2009. The first residents moved into their new housing in January 2009.

This development is a joint undertaking of MEND, Conifer Realty LLC and the Township of Evesham in conjunction with the Township’s 3rd Round COAH housing production responsibilities.

Funding for this Low Income Housing Tax Credit development has been provided by a variety of participants including: Evesham Township, Burlington County, the NJ Department of Community Affairs, the NJ Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency, RBS Citizens Bank and the Federal Home Loan Bank in conjunction with the Columbia Savings Bank.

MEND is currently working on the construction of the following new housing development:

MEDFORD TOWNSHIP

A 36-unit apartment building for senior citizens (age 62+) on a site close to downtown Medford.

Construction began in September 2009 and will be completed by September 2010.
